What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, PayPal, and cash. In step 3 of the booking form, you have an option to choose your payment method. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal or pay on pick up.
How do we find our taxi at the airport?
Our driver will be waiting outside the arrival gate. They will be holding a sign with your name on it. Our car will be parked outside the north end of the airport entrance. Our driver will call you if there is an issue.
How much does a taxi cost from/to the airport?
It costs between $85 to $150 for the Dunedin airport taxi transfers. We charge a variable fare with pick up/drop off to any destination of your choice.
How many people are allowed in the taxi?
We allow up to four people in our taxi cars with up to 3 large luggage bags. If you have any extra luggage or unusual items please specify in the comments section of your booking form. If you are more than four people, please book the van online or give us a call 0800 003 439.
I have not received an email confirmation, is my booking confirmed?
Yes your booking is confirmed. Please make sure you have entered the correct email and check your spam folder for the confirmation email from us.
How do I cancel or make changes to my booking?
We provide free cancellations. Please reply to the confirmation email or call us on 0800 003 439 to cancel your booking or to make any changes.
What happens when my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Please make sure to put your flight number in the booking. We will track your flight using the flight radar. We will accomodate any changes to your flight.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we can provide child seats. Please give us more details about the type of child seat and quantity you require in the comments section of your booking form.
Are there any extra charges?
No extra charges or hidden fees. We charge a kilometre rate fare to and from the airport. It includes pick up and drop off to any destination in Dunedin.
Do you offer a discount for return trips?
Yes, if you book your return trip with us you will receive a $10 discount on your return trip.
